Ms. Ditkowsky took two years of extra college-level coursework at Northwestern University 2007-2008, and mastered a 10-hour examination. *THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT. BLYTH AND ASSOCIATES AND A WOMAN NAMED Brigid Gerace were involved in the CONCEALMENT of my client's passing and allowing the Illinois State Legislature to hijack Helen Ramirez-Odell's death for POLITICAL FUNDRAISING PURPOSES.


Rubin Law then presumably filed a probate estate 3.5 months after Helen Ramirez-Odell died, because they were not informed of her death either, and they are affiliated with the trustee, DayOne PACT. This is all 100 percent public, because a probate estate is 100 percent public. The CFP Board needs to immediately remove it's DEFAMATORY press releases with complete lies and COVER UP for Blyth & Associates. This is getting out of control, as I do not have their unlimited budget (I cannot believe Kevin Keller makes more than $1M a year to do weaponized political lobbying) to file counter press releases correcting their lies. 

Just know that the CFP Board Press Release is full of complete lies, as enumerated below. I will defend myself and my deceased client and her special needs heirs vigorously, and file all claims in all courts, to clear this record in favor of my #TRUTH. 

Dear Erin, Erik and Joel (and CFP Board's Leo and Kevin, and Morgan Stanley's John Burns and James Gorman):

1) Most importantly, I NEVER USED THE CFP® TRADEMARK ON MY PERSONAL LINKEDIN THAT ERIN, ERIK & JOEL KONIGSBERG (I am a CLIENT of this monster's firm - I have sent you all of the evidence against the Blyth & Associates illegal and fraudulent activity in my deceased clients' accounts and coverup of her death; Joel Konigsberg, CFP Board Morgan Stanley DEC Chair ignores all of the cold, hard evidence and protects the 70-year-old Pritzker cronies / Chicago's Central Ave. Irish twin ) and kept falsely putting in documents that I did use the CFP® trademar on my personal journalism. FASLE.  Look in Eric Frias' 89-pages printed out from the LinkedIn you removed. NOWHERE DOES IT USE THE TRADEMARK.

The whole basis of your DEMATORY suspension that I misused a trademark is FALSE b/c I was not using the trademark, and Erik Frias LIES, and hence I have reported CFP Board to the FTC. Why is a weaponized and politicized Washington DC Not-For-Profit with Corrupt Morgan Stanley CFP® Joel Konigsberg in charge of the DEC, when last month CFP Board Announced ALL NEW DEC procedures this September. And, I guarantee you that Morgan Stanley will have nothing to do with the CFP Board going forward. 

Look at the attachments below of these illegal enforcers. Look at who they are protecting - Blyth & Associates, who scam Holocaust survivors and then somehow get the Chicago BBB to change the deceased Holocaust Survivor's children's review.

2) I informed the CFP Board twice that I am in conferences throughout the month of June, 2023 (literally three very costly conferences that were scheduled far in advance). CFP Board had notice in writing twice of my inability to attend a hearing in June! Erin said she never got it, and I forwarded her the email proving to her that she DID get it. Then, I had my mother try to log in in my place just in case CFP Board tried to pull some funny business. Lo and behold, after 15 minutes of my mother unable to log in with the information given (she saved copious screenshots proving she could not log in), Erin Koeppel calls my number, and my mom answers, and Erin asks her to get me on the call, and she says she was able to log on once Erin called. but, Erin HUNG UP ON HER. My mom got be out of the conference, and we continued to try to get through to Erin Koeppel and get on the call, and no one would put us through, and Erin hung up on my mom a second time.

Again, CFP Board was amply notified of my June, 2023 conference obligations.

3) I NEVER PUBLISHED ANY PII OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ABOUT MY DECEASED CLIENT. It was all 100 percent in the PUBLIC DOMAIN, and she was a public figure, and I am permitted by law to do News Analysis and Critical Commentary per Section 107, Fair Use, of the United States Copyright Act. My client's death was WRONGFULLY AND WILLFULLY CONCEALED from me, Lisa Ditkowsky, CFP® to Helen Ramirez-Odell, from LPL Financial and from COREBRIDGE FINANCIAL (just weeks ago, they say her ample wealth is now MISSING!. 

As if the concealing of Helen Ramirez-Odell's death by Blyth & Associates was not bad enough, the IL Legislature and CTU / CPS / RTAC completely politicized Helen's passing and USED HER FOR POLITICAL FUNDRAISING DURING THE MIDTERMS DURING AN ELECTION YEAR.

4) Helen and her husband's Cook County Probate Estates are 100 Percent Public!! All of her Estate Plan is 100 percent Public. She was not supposed to have a probate estate but clearly Rubin Law filed one in July, 2022 (Helen died 03/22/2022, BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITY THE BLYTH CFP®  WAS DOING IN HELEN'S ACCOUNTS AND WITH HER ESTATE. 

5) Erin, Erik and Joel. You are all going to be deposed and be witnesses, because YOU ARE PROTECTING THE UNETHICAL BLYTH BROTHERS WHO I REPORTED TO THE CFP BOARD ON MAY 1, 2023. This is 100 percent retaliation, and you are supporting them because you,wrongly think, they have political clout with Pritzker and CPS / CTU / RTAC. 

I am going to file claims and lawsuits against everyone protecting the Blyth brothers and the miscreant behavior against Helen Ramirez Odell's mentally ill / disabled / special needs heirs. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. 

6) As a measure of good faith, I have now had my LinkedIn kept down for almost 2 months! I need it to look for work. 1) IT NEVER USED THE CFP® TRADEMARK. THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE. 2) CFP BOARD NEVER ALERTED ME THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH A SINGLE POST, YET I HAVE LOGGED ALL OF THE CFP BOARD AND PEOPLE READING MY LINKEDIN FOR THE PRECEDING MONTH! 3) I want to put my Linkedin back up, but CFP Board has failed to identify any posts that it wants removed? And, again, why didn't the CFP Board simply call me and ask me to remove a post.

7) If the two Press Releases are NOT removed, I will publish Press Releases CORRECTING THE LIES IN YOUR PRESS RELEASES, AND IDENTIFYING THE RESPONSIBLE PARTIES OF ERIK FRIAS, ERIN KOEPPEL AND JOEL KONIGSBERG.

You people are full of unethical, immoral vitriol. You should see the absolutely beautiful notes and letters I have gotten from Financial Planning clients of up to 17 years that were still with me. I am hearing from them, their children and their grandchildren about how absolutely grateful they are for all of my diligence and wonderful work.

If you do not take those press releases off (saying I am a "danger to the public" when I am doing everything I ever promised Helen Ramirez-Odell to make sure her wishes for her disabled heirs are carried out), then I will go into elaborate detail about the danger Erin Koeppel, Erik Frias and Joel Konignsberg are to the United States of America.

The allegation was always my personal LinkedIn and that I used the CFP® Trademark, which is FALSE. Therefore, I IMMEDIATELY DEMAND RETRACTION OF THESE PRESS RELEASES AND DROPPING THIS. It's unwarranted. It is harassing. Erik, Erin, and Joel - you three are out of control, and James Gorman, John Burns, Leo and Kevin at CFP Board are sitting there impotent and condoing a public stoning of a single mom who is carrying out all of her promises to Helen Ramirez-Odell. BTW, I had a Compliance Professional working in my LPL Office 2019-2022, and a CPA who has helped Helen over those years and prior, and they were two of my witnesses, because they have met with Helen Ramirez-Odell too and knew her wishes and new she had no relationship with Blyth and DID NOT WANT Blyth.

If I have to defend against Erik Frias' ignorant lies (he is disbarred from the Federal Court and Erin is in limbo status of not having paid her dues in more than 3 years), I will do my own Press Releases with HUNDREDS OF PAGES TO VINDICATE ME AGAINST THIS PUBLIC HARASSMENT AND DEFAMATION.

Nowhere in the 89 page Motion does it show me using the CFP® registered trademark OR EVEN HOLDING MYSELF OUT AS ONE.

Joel Konigsberg spends far too much of his time on the DEC Board for CFP Board and as a FINRA arbitrator, and not taking care of his clients money. The blonde woman is also completely corrupt, Erin Koeppel. She hung up on us twice the day of the hearing after saying we could log on, and then published Press Releases saying there was a hearing, that she DID NOT EVEN GIVE US ACCESS TO! Also, Erin Koeppel has not paid her DC Federal Court dues in more than 3 years and is NOT IN GOOD STANDING IN FEDERAL COURT. Erik Frias is DISBARRED from DC Federal Court for not paying his dues in 8+ years. These are two-bit lawyers that get weaponized legal jobs with the CFP Board and DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH, LIE IN SUPPOSED LEGAL DOCUMENTS. It is such a sham and farce. They are going to learn that they cannot publish libel / defamation about another professional (Lisa Ditkowskyy, CFP®, as I will vigorously defend against their lies and publish their garbage annotated and file it with the courts and their respective bars to get them disbarred for the unethical practice of law.)
